个人介绍:
王刚博士2010年本科毕业于兰州大学,2015年博士毕业于js33333金沙线路检测;2015年至2023年先后在哥伦比亚大学和康奈尔大学威尔医学院从事博士后研究,随后担任康奈尔大学威尔医学院讲师;2024年7月起任js33333金沙线路检测和北大-清华生命科学联合中心研究员。王刚博士长期致力于研究癌症诱导机体多组织器官的系统性病变的机理,在肿瘤诱导肝脏代谢病变、癌症恶病质等方向取得多项原创性成果,在Nature, Nature Medicine, Nature Cell Biology等权威期刊发表多篇论文。

2015年10月-2017年10月,博士后,哥伦比亚大学 我们对癌症的理解已经从肿瘤细胞的内部调控扩展到肿瘤与微环境之间复杂的相互作用,并认识到癌症是一种全身系统性疾病。随着肿瘤对全身的影响,它不仅能诱导肝脏与肌肉代谢功能的失调,还导致了免疫系统功能紊乱;肿瘤不仅能直接调控远端组织器官的功能,还能通过调节组织器官之间的相互作用而破坏机体稳态。机体稳态的失衡既影响了抗肿瘤治疗的疗效和预后,也降低了癌症患者的生存率和生活质量。然而,我们对肿瘤诱导的宿主全身系统性病变机理的了解仍然匮乏,这严重阻碍了抗肿瘤治疗策略的发展,限制了治疗癌症及其并发症的效果。
本实验室从免疫、代谢及恶病质这三个方向深入探究肿瘤诱发宿主体内多组织、器官功能性病变的机理,为治疗癌症及其并发症,尤其是恶病质等提供重要的治疗靶点,以期提高患者的生存率和生活质量。主要研究方向包括:
